Wednesdays 6:30-7:45pm
Instructor: Ashley Holmberg, MSPT, GCFP
“Make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy elegant.” –Moshe Feldenkrais
Named after its creator Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984), The Feldenkrais Method® can help you learn how to be

better and noticing the quality of changes in your body. This self-awareness can decrease pain and restriction,
improve posture and breathing, as well as enhance the performance of your daily activities by helping you move
more efficiently with less effort. This 8 week series of classes is for individuals of all ages and levels of function.
